Looking at mattresses and went to a few stores. By far this was the best place. Angelica greeted us right away and figured out what we needed in a mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to narrow our bed choices to the right bed. This bed was for my daughter and Angelica communicated directly with my daughter to help. Also Bowen was there and he was extremely nice too. Exceeded my expectations so I thought I will write a longer review than normal. Highly recommend.
Marlana was awesome to work with. She was able to answer my questions quickly and I really felt like she was working to help me get what I wanted for the best deal. I went to at least 4 other retailers and kept coming back to Mattress Firm. I have already recommended Mattress Firm to my family and will be sure to reach out to Marlana when I am looking for another mattress.
Megan was very knowledgeable and helpful! Made the process super simple. Found my daughter a nice mattress at a reasonable price.
Showroom was clean and organized. Shae, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and friendly. Prices were comparable to other mattress stores. Because I’ve been there before and had a good idea what I wanted, I was in and out in 20 minutes near closing time. I wish delivery/haul away of my old mattress was cheaper, but that’s the only thing that made this review not 5 stars.
Worked with Angelica and she was very kind and helpful. She was able to give me some discounts to help me stay close to my budget to get what I wanted. She was quick and efficient.
