FedEx Ground

My package was scheduled to be received today- was notified it was on a truck and out for delivery this morning. The driver literally stopped in front of my house for a few minutes then drove off-and I still do not have my package. I called customer service to see if I could have the driver come back, but they were extremely unhelpful. I offered to go pick it up at a location, and they could not accommodate. This is extremely depressing, and now my package is re-scheduled for a delivery 4 days from now. I do not understand. If I could give this a 0 star rating, I would.

Had car parts sitting at this location for 3 days from what I can from their own tracking service. Thats three days longer I had to wait as the parts were not available locally. So my package ARRIVED 4 DAYS LATE FOR NO REASON.

They lost my package this has happened too many times and they are unprofessional when it comes to customer service they make you wait at the gate for 15 minutes and you have to ring the bell three or four times before they answer yet if you are standing there and an employee rings the bell they answer then make you wait again before they decide to answer for you. They need better management or need better people to work . I wish I worked there for they money I wouldnt lose anyone package.

My perishable delivery has been at this facility since September 6th. It is now September 13th. According to the history of my perishable item they say I requested another date for delivery which is a lie because the date they said I requested that I was home all day that day and the day after. Another date they said it was because of inclement weather which is a lie because I work in the same city of your facility and there was no inclement weather. You are not delivering to my area and someone needs to find out why . I am not the first and this is not the first time my perishable items have been ruined because of your facility. Obviously you have received many complaints about this driver but you have done nothing and he continues to lie. Everything on the travel history of my package is a lie .

Twice now I have had deliverries just placed in my yard. Not on the porch, not on the steps just drive up and lay it on the ground and both times the package has been chewed up by my dog. The driver could honk the horn or just refuse service if they were concerned by the dog but to put it on the ground outside is unprofessional . I do not reccomend FedEx at all.And no point trying to complain because you get a call center that just tells you to file a claim with the shipper.
