Great experience with Ben! I showed him my backsplash and he took me to best match for it. It was the first one I saw but he also gave me an opportunity to look at everything else to make sure I was confident in my choice. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Poor selection and rude staff. Triton Stone downtown Shreveport and Louisiana Stone in Monroe are much better. Save yourself the time and visit one of these guys instead.
The first Staff member that was to show me around need his bedside manner put in check, because he didn't want to have anything to do with me. I know it wasn't because of the customers, because I was the only customer. I was the only customer period looking for granite countertops.Two of the staff members were very very very nice, I mean super nice, I will not let the first guy mess up this review, because he could have.
We visited Granite Granite a couple weeks ago to look for a stone slab for a table top. When we showed up, the entire staff was busy loading slabs onto a truck trying to beat a storm. One of the guys, Brandon, I believe, stopped what he was doing and spent a half hour talking to us and showing us around the warehouse. He was kind enough to educate us on the different types of stone, he helped us work through the plan for our specific project, and he even gave us prices on a few slabs we picked out before we left. We came back later that day and bought one of the granite slabs. He provided us with contact information for three fabricators, and the one we went with was great - we had a complete table within a few days after we bought the slab! They have a nice selection of beautiful slabs at different price points. I highly recommend Granite Granite.
