My wife and I were looking for a queen sized bed for a spare bedroom for visiting guests. We wanted a very comfortable bed that fit our needs and we found it at the Beene store. The manager, Green, was extremely helpful and knew a great deal about beds in general and everything about his bedding. We couldn't have found a better sales person than him. He was friendly, gave great suggestions after finding out our needs, and made purchasing a bed from the store painless. We will definitely buy any additional beds from him and that store!!!
We highly recommend this company, especially the Bossier store on Beene Blvd!nCustomer service was 5 star and the store manager was awesome.nPeople skills through the roof!!! And their bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen!nYou have got to get one of these beds, they are absolutely AMAZING!!!

Green is an amazing sales man . Over the past 2 years he has sold me 4 beds and his co worker Reese had sold me 1. They have always treated me with the up most respect and professionalism. I have called Green with questions and he had an answer for me every time. So glad I walked into Mattress Firm Bossier City.
