The manager Derrick and salesman Tyreese were awesome! Not only did they take care of everything we needed with our 6 line account (which wasn't easy) we also had a great time while we were there. They made the experience fun and we got our new phone! Good job fellas!

Derrick, the store manager, and his staff were great. Friendly and helpful from the moment I got there. Super fast and knew what the problem was immediately. Will definitely holler at them again when I need help or a new phone!

I went in as a sprint merger customer needing to upgrade our phones from android to iphones. Derrick, the store manager, and the other technician were amazing. They were able to get me what I needed, answer my questions, and make the transition so easy. I have experienced terrible customer service with sprint in the past, but Derrick and his team have made me feel more comfortable with the transition to T-Mobile and renewed my faith in customer service from phone service providers. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had with customer service.

Came to the T-Mobile store to update my Sprint SIM card and replace my screen protector. Derrick took care of both with no issues. He was very friendly and helpful. Last week my wife also visited the store and Wilessa took care of both issues for her. Both of these staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
