My HP desktop was bogged down and would take several minutes to come up after I powered it up. James diagnosed the issue almost immediately and was able clean it up. James went over and above in repairing my computer. I told him when it was fixed I think it was the best service I've ever had. I took it on a Tuesday right before 11 am. Shop was easy to get to, the old bank building on the corner of Hamilton and Barksdale Blvd. Turns out my motherboard was fried like pickel. He was able to get the part overnight and texted me the next morning before 10 am that it was ready. He actually had it for less than twenty -four hours. How's that for service.
