Had a bad power supply. Got it changed out while I waited. Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service at a fair price.
My HP desktop was bogged down and would take several minutes to come up after I powered it up. James diagnosed the issue almost immediately and was able clean it up. It’s running better than when I purchased it several years ago! I also bought a refurbished Dell tower from James and it runs perfectly! I would recommend Reliable Computer Services to anyone!
My name is Scott and I bought a computer from James and I was very pleased with the service I received. He was very polite professional and between the emails and calling me he kept me informed at all times about my purchase. James went over and above in repairing my computer. I told him when it was fixed I think it was the best service I've ever had. I took it on a Tuesday right before 11 am. Shop was easy to get to, the old bank building on the corner of Hamilton and Barksdale Blvd. Turns out my motherboard was fried like pickel. He was able to get the part overnight and texted me the next morning before 10 am that it was ready. He actually had it for less than twenty -four hours. How's that for service. Thank you James so much. When I need computer service you are the man from now on.
