Had phone upgraded today with T-Mobile. Dex was the rep that helped me. She has great customer service skills. All employees need to be like her. It’s obvious that she loves her job. Promotion is required. Thank you Dex.

Stephan helped me huge I went in there because my phone was “broke” he quickly helped me fixed it and helped me with my other phone so I am going to bring it up there, I had never been in the store my husband usually does all this but MY phone had broke ud83eudd74nGreat customer service and greeted me when I came in the store what I also really liked is he helped me then told everyone else I will be with you in a moment. Some employers try to help 7 customers and it’s like ok hello I was here first and been here for 1 hour so I like the way he is handling His store!!!! Keep up the great work
