Unbelievable, I went into Belk in Bossier today and wanted to try on some clothes. I ask about a dressing room and they said they were all closed. Closed, really???!I was not very happy about it. I had spent 45 minutes in the store and then can’t try anything on. One lady said it was protocol. Excuse me???? I ask for the manager but changed my mind. I told her that I hadn’t been there since January of 2020 and I DO NOT plan on ever coming back! THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD IT POSTED ON THE DOOR AND I WOULDN’T HAVE WASTED MY TIME!!!!

I was looking for white pants for my company's White Christmas party. Renata was very courteous and professional in helping me find a pair of pants and it was 75% off. I will definitely go back because they have great prices.

I've never seen so many empty shelves and racks! I am sure they are doing the best they can. Lady who checked me out stuffed two blouses and a sweater into a way too small bag.

Good selection. Prices reasonable, but highly dislike having to download the app! Checkout gal was fast and very friendly & efficient. Housekeeper needs a raise! She works so hard!
