Walmart Pharmacy

Backed into the drive thru because police and fire department blocking drive thru path due to accident. When I get to the window the young lady looks at me sideways and says you know you can’t do that, there’s an accident and what you did was dangerous. I just smiled and asked for my prescription. I wanted to tell her become a police officer and write me a freaking ticket next time but don’t tell me how to drive, you’re a pharmacy tech not a drivers Ed instructor or law-enforcement!

I can’t stand this Walmart BUT their pharmacy crew is the best! Every time I’m there or call the ladies are so nice. I think they were more excited when I had my baby than my friends and family were lol.

I was picking up a prescription inside & the woman couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. Another woman helped her after 10 minutes & made me move to another register. Then it was way more with insurance than with GoodRx so I told her to not use my insurance & use GoodRx instead. She refused! Saying that I couldn’t because I had insurance. I KNOW that’s not right & told her so. She said it was a WALMART POLICY! Really? No it is Not. I called corporate.nThis person was either too Lazy or didn’t know how to cancel a charge & scan my digital coupon so I could save $40. Terrible! Another time they wouldn’t fill my opioid pain medication. They said they didn’t stock it anymore. AFTER I had left it to be filled for 3 hours! Terrible service 35% of the time

We have received such excellent service since using this Walmart pharmacy. I especially want to acknowledge Tuyen Tran, pharmacist and pharmacy manager, for her helpful and knowledgeable service.
