In my darkest moments ever, I gained a new and real friend. Kevin and his staff literally held my hand and assisted us in planning a beautiful service for my husband. Kevin was able to live stream the service for out of town family, which meant so much.nAfter everything was all said and done, I knew without a doubt that the Hillcrest family, (ESPECIALLY Kevin!!!) were most sincere with their kind words, assistance, a hug or just listening.nDuring the saddest time of my life, I found a truly beautiful soul that was real. From first contact after the passing of my Mother to the service and even after I could not have asked for more caring people to make arrangements. Every person who made contact in any way with me made me feel they truly cared. No pressure in any way only helpful suggestions of things I would not have thought of.
I have had to use this funeral home twice. Both times I have been completely satisfied with their service. They have been the best considering it has been a bad time with the death of a loved one. They did their best to make sure everything was very professional and taken care of.
I would highly recommend Hillcrest to anyone who is going through this difficult time. The staff were very professional and helped our family make it through the our loss of our father.
