Wonderful family business. Marty was very helpful and set me up with a great printer/copier. I’ve been in several times and each time is great! I would recommend him to anyone who needs ink or anything fixed. He doesn’t do any unneeded repair and gives you a really good estimate when he takes a look at your machine. Very kind and understanding business!

Sanders Office Systems is always my first call. They are quick to respond and accurate in their repairs. Good work at a fair price.

I WAS WARNED. While shopping around for the most affordable service, I had a competitor warn me about Sanders Office Systems. He said they were shady and that I didn't want to take my business there. It sounded like an ambiguous cheap shot so I ignored them and took my business to Marty at Sanders Office Systems. Marty seemed nice, willing, and knowledgeable. He gave me a typical rough estimate and it was a bit steep for my budget, but I was new at hiring someone for such repairs so I decided, at least he'll be able to tell me if it's worth the time to clean and repair. After all, the piece didn't seem that bad to me. I told him my budget couldn't exceed the max on that estimate though. He said if he was to repair it, the cost wouldn't exceed the budget. He said he would give me a call though once he had a better idea of what needed to be done and before he undertook repairs. It was an ordeal just to get him the equipment. I arranged a time to meet him and drop off the equipment and it was all but easy. He changed the place twice after I was already on my way to his office to drop it off. I FELT LIKE I WAS PUTTING HIM OUT TO EVEN HIRE HIM. Once he finally saw my machine, after a matter of seconds, he took no time to start talking up the damage and lengthy repair. He barely even looked at it and he seemed to be inflating what it would have to go through to repair it. It was disconcerting. It felt like I was dealing with an auto mechanic who was trying to take advantage of my ignorance. The thing is, I've repaired a couple of these before with YouTube, with reference manual help, and mere time. I didn't have the time here to repair this piece, but I am far from ignorant. Then... I didn't hear anything. A week later, I decided to call him to follow up. Marty said he hadn't even looked at it but he would get to it this week and let me know what we were looking at. One week after my follow-up, I got a call saying it was done and to call him back. When I finally had the chance to call him back, and being quite skeptical at this point because he hadn't kept me in the loop like he said he would have, I asked him outright what the damage was. Sure enough, it exceeded my budget and the estimate. He said, "Had I known how hard this would be, I would have told you it wasn't worth it to repair." Um... Why didn't he tell me that again? That was part of the initial agreement - to allow me time to decide if I wanted to pay what it would take. Also, he kept wanting to argue with me that it wasn't that much over my budget. When I confronted the issue, he said he would take $10 off...yet it was still over budget. Way too much like a shady auto mechanic. If I knew it would be this much trouble I wouldn't have splurged to get my machine repaired and I definitely wouldn't have troubled myself with Sanders Office Systems. If it honestly took as long as he kept inflating, I took my business to someone not as knowledgeable as I thought to make the repairs I needed. Either it is a problem with organization/customer service or it's a matter of integrity. Overall, JUST NOT WORTH IT.

Odell Sanders also sells on ebay, avod him. Aside from being rude he seems to think if he ships you the wrong item (wrong color) you ought to accept (because he doesn't care, neither should you) and not ask for an exchange.

Marty was great in getting my printers ready for me fast and for a fair price. When I had issues getting them to reconnect he happened to be in the shop after hours and still answered the phone and helped me troubleshoot!
