3 stars today due to only having 1 register open mid afternoon with a line of customers waiting.
Every employee I saw during my last visit had their masks on under their noses or around their necks. I will not be returning.
I have yet to shop hear that there is not some kind of hiccup at the front registers and had to wait less than 10 minutes.
What started out to be a nightmare has turned out okay. After bringing the issues with delivery and scheduling to the management Heath in particular everything has been going smoothly. I can't give you five stars because of the initial problems so 4 is what I can do and thank you for standing up and taking responsibility.
We had a great experience!! After shopping there was a couple in the parking lot that locked their keys in there truck. But thanks to team member JD. They were able to get their truck unlocked. It was after hours and freezing cold but yet he stayed. He was able to get their vehicle open. This is the kind of customer service that stands out above all the rest! There was a city cop circling the parking lot that stopped and refused to help! The police officer wouldn't even stay or lift a finger to help! But JD was right there! If it wasn't for JD there is no telling when this couple would have gotten home. Thank you JD for everything you do!
