My husband and I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for the service we received from Sally at your Vidalia, GA Verizon office.nnSally’s knowledge and professionalism is the best we have ever received in the 24 years we have been customers of Verizon wireless. She completed three separate iPhone upgrade transactions on our family devices and explained what she was doing in detail along the way. Her expertise was clearly visible as she guided us through the entire process.nnWe are and remain very impressed with Sally and would highly recommend her to others wanting to upgrade or switch their service to Verizon. Sally is definitely, in our humble opinion, ready for increased responsibility or a middle management position.

I want to brag on an employee at this location. Sally was so much help in helping me trade in my old phone and purchasing a new one . I had my doubts about upgrading to a new iPhone but she walked me through the process down to the exact penny I would be paying every month . She is wonderful ! Embarrassed to say I had not updated or backed my phone up in like years and it took an all day process to get it done but she made it work. I left the store happy with a néw 12promax and love it !! Shopping is easy when the employees love their job and what they do !! Thanks again Sally and Verizon store !

I'm glad, and I'm sure many others are glad that we have a friendly, helpful, and timely alternative to the Verizon retail store at 1303 East First Street Vidalia. Sally was a joy to do business with today and I hope we may be able to continue our business relationship into the future. Thank you Sally for making my phone upgrade stress-free. My husband and I had a major phone complication today. Karen and Sally were great to us! They made the experience enjoyable. Many hours later Sally had us all set go with all issues resolved. I highly recommend this store.

Ashleigh at this location was EXTREMELY helpful, assisting my husband and I in activating and setting up our new phones. The location we purchased the phones didn't spend any time on getting neither phone activated or add our new devices to our existing plan, as she was happy to assist in doing both for us and made sure we were both activated and ready to go before leaving. We will be sure to use this location in the future for any and all needs. We are were very pleased with our service here.
