I stopped in to switch and try Verizon because my former phone carrier was just acting up and being spotty and not wanting to work most of the time. Regina was super helpful and super sweet. She showed me the deals and helped me find the best plan and phone for me. She really helped me stay under my budget and made everything super duper easy. Stopped in while I was delivering next door and just wanted to see what was new and make sure I'm on the right plan. Jeremy, the manager, is a super nice and knowledgeable guy. Told me the truth and gave me information I didn't have. I'm traveling, but if I was local, I'd definitely stop in and make this my Verizon store of choice.
