I drove their before becoming pretty sick.. I was treated good there and got a brand new truck to drive. They were also leasing new trailers. If im ever allowed to go back to driving I'll try to hire back on there.. I made good money and was home most weekends if I wanted to. Dispatch could've been better but I was never asked to run illegally...
Don't use them and do not work for them! The so called Dr.is a sociopath. As a former employee in a management position I saw first hand the total disregard of driver safety, over trying to trucks out on the road. The fleet of trucks are completely ruined. The former owners knew they were getting out of the business and did nothing to maintain the trucks prior to sale to the new owners. I was hired to get the majority of the fleet road worthy, or ready for resale. Though I was successful in getting the fleet road worthy, the CFO decided, without any prior experience in OTR logistics to cut the maintenance budget to $24,000 a month. Over 50 trucks, and 100 trailers with a million plus miles on all of them are not going to roll safely on that budget. In short, they don't have a clue of what they are doing. Don't go no matter what they offer, it's all lies.
One of their trucks driven by an incompetent driver went down my residential dead end street by mistake. He then proceeded to turn around by driving his 18 wheeler over my center island destroying my landscaping and sprinklers. He was apologetic and his boss promised to pay for replacement and repair. When the time came to send me the check they got nasty and refused to pay. They lied and never even filed an insurance report.nThis company is run by scum bags and they hire novice drivers. Stay away from them at all cost if you don't want extra grief in your life.
