The VERY BEST customer service I've experienced when purchasing my new bedroom suite!! The store is very clean and organized. The selection of home furnishings amazing!! I had a very good experience when visiting the Cedartown store. The salesperson (Joe) was kind, helpful and answered any and all questions I asked. I did not feel any pressure to buy anything. Joe was very helpful and looked up anything I asked about if I didn't see it on the show room floor. I had a very good experience at Babcock and would recommend them to my friends.
our first experience the night before was wonderful. I noticed the next day a slight discrepancy. went into the store to straighten things out. when their associate JENNY, went straight to having an attitude and talking down to a customer. outside of Jenny, you will have a wonderful experience.nJenny, I pray for you and whatever maybe going on in your life. especially to treat people with the attitude and rudeness.
