Compass Storage did a very poor job communicating that they were the new owners of Jodeco Storage. There should have been efforts taken to call or text customers and let them know of the new ownership, website, phone numbers, etc. Customer care should be top priority, I don't see it with this company. Plus, it has a record of thieves breaking in some of the units and rats in some units.nI would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Went in for a 20x20 and they were showing nothing available. Instead of brushing me off Mr John did some digging and found one where the customer was gone but not closed out of the system yet. The customer service was great and I appreciate Mr John taking the time to research the units and go over and beyond when he could have just said sorry and sent me on my way! Very happy with the customer service so far!!

DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE! The ceiling has fallen in & my storage unit was infested with rats. There is rat feces all over everything I own. They have torn up my mattresses and my couch. The “insurance policy” is only offering $500 with a $100 deductible. The District Manager says it has nothing to do with Compass Self Storage that I am out everything I own and that I was barking up the wrong tree. Please be cautious before you lose everything you own just like I did!nnIn response to owner: NOONE has done anything to try & rectify this. I don’t appreciate that response because it’s a blatant lie!
