Megan and Crystal at the front desk are so wonderful and helpful! They'll answer any questions you have, and make sure you and your things are well taken care of. We viewed the unit, which was immaculate. She walked me through the paperwork, and even helped me save a few dollars. I would highly recommend this facility for any storage needs you have.
There is something wrong with this facility. I have rented for over 10 years space to keep paper work and some other items from a day care less that a mile away. I was charged faithfully every month the rent. I went there last month and my unit had a red lock. Someone from the office came over and told me that the unit was going to be auctioned. The employee claimed he did not know much about the location that he was there for only 2 days. I paid for a new lock and I agreed to have be charged to my invoice. I went back today and I found again my unit with another red lock. Again the employee didn't know anything because she was there only one day. The reason for locking me out of my unit was that I did not lock it properly. They want to charge for another lock and the unit content is going to be auctioned. There is something wrong with this location. The majority of the units appear to be emptied. No locks. My unit only has papers unless the company is selling social security numbers to the underworld, there is nothing of value there. I will file a police report the day after tomorrow because it does not make any sense to me.
Had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by an employee named Jessica. She was extremely kind, professional and very accommodating. Very thankful for her being part of the staff at Extra Space Storage. She made my experience stress less especially during this trying time. Thank you Jessica!
I rented a storage unit in seconds and when I visited the facility I noticed my lock wasn’t in the storage. Mind you the office was closed on a Sunday. I was able to go to the managers office to let them know that I didn’t receive the lock. She went out of her way on her off day to provide a lock for me. Great customer service!
I spoke to Crystal on Friday, February 26 about renting storage. She was extremely nice & professional. Crystal addressed all of my concerns and didn’t make me feel any additional stresses that comes with moving. I’m selling one house and waiting on new home to be built. Current home is selling quicker than anticipated. Thank God though for the sell. I was hoping for a new customer discount or coupon perhaps because I’m renting two large units but none was offered. Not complaining because it is what it is. I’ve never used a storage facility before so I have some anx about the overall safety and weather protection of my belongings. Hoping the climate control does what it says. Crystal did due diligence in searching for a rental agreement that I started online that was lost due to internet freezing. Thank you, Crystal, for your patience & kindness on the phone while I figured out a plan.
