Cant find nothing, the app doesnt tell you placement of items or items not in display

Tip: times are busy and there are only a few staff qualified to operate the elevated work platforms, so if you need material from the lumber area that's up out of reach, be prepared to wait for the lift team to get to you. I went in yesterday afternoon to pick up a few Hardie Trim boards, but they were 15+ feet up in the racks. I didn't have time to wait for them to get to me and I was pretty frustrated as I drove away. I went back again today and the team on shift made it happen as quickly as they could even though it wasn't a very large order. The crew from the previous night would have done the same, I just didn't have the time.

Curbside pickup has been wonderful during these times - when it works. If your order is correct, you park, accept delivery and head out. Unfortunately, if something is wrong, you have to head into the store and stand in line. Fortunately, most of my orders have been right and I appreciate the service.

I always enjoy my visits to this store. It's a welcome and refreshing change from Home Depot. The people here are courteous and efficient; helpful and genuine. They always have our large orders ready and waiting on time.
