My family has purchased multiple pieces from Grand Furniture in the past, but we will never do so again. My mom placed a deposit on a coffee table and had been paying on it for awhile. When she returned to pay it off, she was told that another associate had sold the table. The table was still in the store, and instead of doing the right thing and telling the other customer that the table had previously been purchased, they told my mom that the other customer bought a whole set that included the table and therefore they weren’t able to do that. My mom’s money was returned, but she really wanted that particular coffee table and had her heart set on it. It seems as though the store owners placed a higher priority on the customer who spent more money, instead of doing what was right and telling them the table had already been sold. They did not care that my family had been loyal customers, and therefore we will never support their business again.

I really like this furniture store. The furniture is the bomb!ud83eudde8 the furniture is just so unique! Gus is a great guy! I will definitely be going back for more!

The best experience ever!! Mo was very attentive and provide excellent customer services. I was able to get the bed I wanted and a dining table. I highly recommend this place! Beautiful furniture and your treated with kindness and respect! You won’t be disappointed!

Mostly mexican type furniture, decorated with lots of glitter stones, place not that orderly but salesman friendly
