First I called the store and Choi the man working there answered. He was so pleasant told me Happy New Year. When I got to the store he was even nicer. Great customer service. I will drive 25-30 minutes just because the service was that good. You don't get this in store these days. Customer service in store is wonderful but that tech support is something serious. They are rude

I was in the Hudson bridge office on Friday and bought a new phone. I was super impressed with the customer service. I took my son on Sat to get a new phone was was extremely disappointed. The first young lady refused to sell me a screen saver stating that she doesn't do screen savers. She then told my son to transfer his contacts, etc on his own when he got home. She refused to use Bluetooth and transfer his stuff. Then another young lady came in and I asked about a screen saver. She stated she couldn't do it because she had a hurt finger. Poor, poor, poor customer service. The weekend crew needs a lot more customer service training.
