Walmart Pharmacy

Has anyone noticed that all the 5 ud83cudf1f reviews aren't reviews at all?! How dumb do they think we are! They're rude,disrespectful &just don't care!

Love all the staff and the 3 pharmacist here. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They even know many of their customers by name. This is the best pharmacy department of all the Walmarts I have had to deal with over the years. Great job to all of them!!!

I just stopped by here to pick up my prescription (which I always pick up at this location because I literally work across the street). There was a new girl at the front and she was extremely rude. I gave her my name and she said we don’t have anything for you. I told her my prescription was put in through Teladoc 3 hours ago and show her the confirmation. She shook her head stating she had no clue what that was and consults with the pharmacist (who also didn’t know what it was). How you’re a pharmacist and don’t know what Teladoc is is beyond me. Anyways, I sit down and get on the phone with Teladoc in which they told me they called in the prescription manually and left a voicemail. After I relay this information to the girl at the front, they reluctantly check the voicemail and what do you know, IT WAS THERE ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f. She let me know it would be ready in 30 min so I proceed to do a little light shopping. I returned to the pharmacy area and as she’s ringing me out I was about to place my other things on the counter when she says it has to be 5 items or less to check out (I literally had 10 or less very small items). I’ve never known this to be a policy because I ALWAYS check out at pharmacy, especially when I’m picking up a prescription. So now in addition to spending an unnecessary hour at the store, I now have to wait in these long lines on July 4th. I won’t be picking up prescriptions here ever again, no matter how convenient it may be for me.

This is the worst Walmart and pharmarcy ever I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. You call no answer this has happened many times. You drive to the store only to find out your medicine isn't ready. Somebody really should take another look at just what customer service is.

Rude very rude to the point i cried I'm so sick of horrible customer service. Emani was highly unprofessional while helping me with my check out to the point when i addressed her about the situation she told me that it's done now. I replied you're correct thanks for nothing and she said you're welcome. I am over horrible customer service from ppl. I called to get the customer complaint number for the pharmacy because I didn't find it online I guess that's when that store thought to care about my issue because while i was on the phone with Walmart customer service this pharmacy was blowing me up on the other line. Why? I have no idea because, if they cared what my issue was they would've asked me while I was in the store but, they didnt. the cashier emani was so rude i bought the same thing twice and that's what i was trying to avoid but, her ego and attitude was so big she didn't care and guess who ended up purchasing the same thing twice ? Me. Smh just bewarenWhen you're dealing with sick customers have a better attitude
