Customer service is far from what I received today. I would recommend that the establishment hire more employees or take lunch at the same time daily. I would also recommend returning on time. Another recommendation would be to post your hours on the door. I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions. I don’t have to spend my money here and have to wait unnecessarily. Have more etiquette when you are speaking to paying customers. You will no longer get my money.....

The cakes taste wonderful, but anything custom is very expensive so be prepared. I give 3 stars because my mom went to pick up my $300 baby shower cake and walked in before others (was the only one in the shop) but was served last. Just so happens that all the others who walked in were African American. Not only was she served last, the guy was nice, smiled, and helped every single customer out of the store and opened the door for them, my mom on the other hand, was met with no smile, no greeting, handed my huge cake (that toile two hands to carry) and didn’t even have the door opened for her on the way out. Probably shouldn’t base your customer service on the color of the customer especially when the customer is spending a large amount of money.

Excellent job on my son's Sonic cake for his 8th birthday. The cake tasted even better the next day. It was key lime and vanilla. Yummy!!

I purchased a cake and some lemon and red velvet cupcakes from Elf's Cakery for my mom's 70th Birthday party this past weekend. They definitely lived up to all the reviews that made me choose them in the first place. The cake and cupcakes were sooooo moist. Everyone raved about how beautifully decorated and delicious the desserts were. Elf's Cakery will forever be my go to bakery for desserts. Amazing work.

I ordered Halloween colored cake pops for my drive-by baby shower. The pricing was aligned with my budget and working with them was easy. Many of my attendees have inquired about where we got them from so they must have been a hit!
