Mobile pick up is not available at this location. I wasted 30 minutes outside trying to locate a truck that was not there because I had to go inside to pick it up. The company should not make this an option if it is not available. After hours drop off is also not available at this location. I had to drive all the way back here at 6am in the morning to drop off the truck. Very inconvenient. Save yourself the headache and go to the Buford location by the Walmart.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good value.
They always lose my U-haul. Literally every time I schedule one, it’s not there.
Spoke to Danielle - Mgr, very pleasant and helpful . Store got busy and asked if she can call back, and she did ! (Very rare in these ages if you know what I mean) , great customer experience and service. Thorough and explained everything. Thanks and appreciate it much, would highly recommend if you need storage.. this is the place !
