We got a pretty good deal on a mattress. Great customer service and fast delivery. I did remove a star because the store has signs up that says “STORE CLOSING SALE” - which is an outright lie. Those same signs were in the windows when I bought my mattress almost two years ago, and they’ve been there every time I’ve driven past since then. I don’t think lying to lure people in is the best business practice.
Been looking for a great mattress. Our first time walking into American Mattress, the customer service was good, knowledge of information provided regarding mattresses and bases, awesome deals, and on time home delivery the next day. Thank you Wayne for your patience in answering all our questions which allowed us to make a same day selection and purchase!
I didn’t think mattress shopping would be so crazy! Went to three stores. America’s, then two other competitors. Second store was so hostile & intense. The last store was great service and great deals. BUT the friendly service, information and just all around feel of America’s had me going back to get a mattress. Rick was amazing and super helpful! Got such a great deal for a KING size bed! Cannot wait for it to arrive! Super satisfied customer!

Walked into a pleasant looking showroom, the sales people we very good at knowing the differences about the mattresses and ultimately they had a great price and availability.
