We had such a wonderful buying experience with Sharon Henry! If you’re looking for a friendly and helpful salesperson who isn’t pushy and is on YOUR side Sharon is it! From the moment we started working with Sharon she made our experience pleasant, quick, and thorough. She took the time to answer all of our questions and explain things to us without ever rushing us. She’s so personable and extremely down to earth. I truly appreciate how above and beyond she goes for her clients and appreciate her following up on our delivery dates.

We had some issues with our mattress that was right at 2 years old. We went into the store to buy my son a new mattress and bed. Veronica was super helpful and we selected something for him. During the selection process we explained to Veronica about the dissatisfaction of our mattress. She told us about the warranty for defects. To make a long story short I had to jump through several hoops to get our current mattress replaced. We went back today to pick out a new mattress. Veronica and Kenya were hands down the best there. We have been through several folks and after some not so pleasing experiences both Veronica and Kenya turned us around. I didn’t know if I would ever find someone as good as Pam was to us Who has now retired but we feel right at home with Veronica. Not only did we switch our mattress out, but we also bought a new adjustable base to help my wife and me get better sleep. Go see Veronica and Kenya. They are amazing!!!

While I don't like the feeling of walking into rooms to go with sales men sitting all around the furniture I wanted to look at on their tablets..... I FOUND A BRIGHT LIGHT! His name is Karim, and he couldn't be more helpful... He answered all my concerns and questions with professionalism and kindness.I needed to purchase a sleeper sofa and I found what was perfect for me thanks to his help. Karim didn't give up ! And his tenacity paid off....please ask for him the next time you go in to rooms to go Buford Georgia, I promise you you won't be disappointed!

Our sales rep. Was very professional! He did everything to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We were very eager to get furniture available immediately instead of waiting and he made sure there was something available, in our price range and in the style we wanted. Our sales man was David, and he was wonderful. He had great knowledge about the product he was selling, and was able to work with us to get the right price we were looking for as a payment. He was a straight forward guy and was not looking to push us toward buying any of the product. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us the choices that would best fit. I would recommend him, and any of the Rooms To Go staff, if you are looking for furniture, mattresses, and decor for your home.
