The young gentleman was very pleased, and professional. I was not rushed into making my choice. I highly encourage people to use Mattress Firm when purchasing a new mattress. This is the 3rd mattress I have purchased with them.

Tia was amazingly informative about the different features on the mattresses on the floor in the Buford store. We never felt rushed to make a decision- purchasing a mattress is a big deal - your sleep experience is extremely important - you want to feel refreshed in the morning not to mention it is a big financial purchase. Kelsey was great! She was able to narrow down my needs and wants based on a few questions. From that, she showed me selections in different ranges and explained differences and similarities in construction and features. She never tried to coerce me into purchasing any one product regardless of price. I would definitely recommend this store.

Excellent service. We came in 10 minutes before closing and the salesman was patient and helped us find the right mattress. Not only that, the mattress we chose was only in stock in their store that was down the street. He met us down there and gave us the mattress even though it was after hours. Highly recommend

Had a lovey experience at this location. I cannot thank associate Tia Williams enough. I needed a mattress quickly and was having a hard time figuring out what to get due to personal circumstances in my life at the moment, however, Tia was extremely patient, kind, and helped me find exactly what I needed and took the time to make sure it would arrive on by the date I needed it. She was great with working with me to figure out which type of mattress suited my sleeping style and my budget. She was also the only associate at the store when I went to purchase and she was able to split her time between myself and another very kind family without making me feel like I was being forgotten about. Thank you so much Tia for your kindness, help, and guidance, I truly appreciate all you did for me today.
