We are so happy with Kendall Cobb and the team at Mattress Firm! This was not an impulse buy for us. We spent a couple of hours with Kendall initially in November and learned a lot about the different mattresses. Even though there were several locations closer to us, we were more than happy to come back to this location and work with Kendall when we were ready to invest in our sleep. My grandmother needed a new bed desperately and we decided to go to this Mattress Firm to inquire about the No Credit Needed offer that has been advertised. I came in fully expecting there to be some sort of catch to it. Mr. Steve put all those concerns to rest immediately. He was so pleasant, honest, and straightforward. I was approved for the plan and he helped my grandma pick exactly what she was looking for. He was also able to setup delivery for her the very next day! He worked within our price range and got her a great mattress with an adjustable base! We are so grateful and thankful to Mr. Steve for making this process quick, easy and AFFORDABLE!!!! Thank you so much Mr. Steve! You are the BEST!!!!!

We had been planning to get a second Purple mattress and associated accessories but suddenly needed them quickly when family visited unexpectedly. Steven was extraordinarily helpful in locating what we needed and getting it delivered quickly and at a price we were happy with. When a problem developed with one item Steven went the extra mile and found a way to resolve it that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with him and appreciated his help, and I'd certainly recommend him to anyone contemplating a mattress purchase.
