Steam Doc did an awesome job on getting our carpets clean and fresh. Al is very professional and experienced with what he does. The equipment used is top of the line and effective. He was able to get stains out of our carpet we thought would never come out. They also have great communication with schedule confirmation and reminders. Highly recommend Steam Doc to anyway looking to clean their carpets or repair/replace flooring. This company is excellent. I have called on them twice the first for a cleaning of several rooms and a second time more recently to help me with a stain when I clumsily spilled chai tea on my carpet. Even though they had a full schedule that week they squeezed me in within a few days. The stain was pretty set in (chai tea will do that) but Al was able to reduce the visibility of the stain and he graciously waived the minimum fee in that situation. This is a professional effective and caring company. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Steam Doc Atlanta. They've been to our house twice to clean our carpeted areas. Both times they arrived on-time, did an amazing job and were incredibly professional. They also offered helpful tips for cleaning up after our pets–as they are the main reason we needed a professional cleaning.
We’ve used Steam Doc about four times, always with great results. As parents of multiple dogs and cats, our carpets present challenges - but they always come through.nnUnlike other companies, they try to do extras (within reason) without tacking on additional charges. Their goal is to build repeat customer relationships - and they certainly have with us.nnWe give them ten stars out of five. Most highly recommended!
One if the best service I have encountered so far. I have had mostly unsatisfying experiences with Carpet Cleaning but Steam Doc was exceptional. Wanted to make sure I leave a comment for everyone’s benefit. I used them for my Town home on March 23 2020. Was serviced by Al.nHighly recommend
