Great customer service, if product is not in store they will have it for you in a couple of days from one of their other stores..very friendly and informative..highly recommend.
I am the band director at Richards Middle School in GCPS. Chad Childers at Jackson's Music has been my GO-TO guy for all things supplies for the past two years and has done an excellent job earning my business. He is professional, attentive, and always on top of getting me the things I need to help teach my kids. Their head repair tech, Doug, has personally come out to my school, helped look through my inventory to maximize its effectiveness, and serviced at least 100 of my horns at a top notch quality.nnThese guys take care of me, and I'm VERY happy with the work they do to help provide the best musical experience possible to me and my community.
We called Jackson Music to repair our son’s clarinet. They immediately put Doug on the phone to see if he could. Doug was so helpful and very knowledgeable discussing the problem with his instrument. He fixed the clarinet and polished the keys like new with a fast turn around during the holidays! Thank you Doug!!
Good music store. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to get me what I wanted.
I went up there with a drumstick and asked if I could record some sounds on my phone. The guy was hesitant at first but let me do it and even set up a snare drum for me. Super nice guy. Customer service was top notch. Good prices on all the instruments as well.
