I went to the Sunglass hut yesterday with my mom for her birthday and there was a girl there named Maya who was so kind sweet and helpful she really went out of her way to assist my mom so i just wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation! If she is not the manager i would be very surprised because she had such an in depth insight on everythingnnit seemed like anything my mom asked her about she knew the answer too so I love the way this location is being run and can really value great customer service when i come across it!!nnYou really made an impression on my heart Maya!
There was one lady she was rude and I asked her a simple question about a pair of sunglasses. She simply said No. Nothing else. She had absolutely no customer service at all. She was pretty pretentious towards me and my friends. She has curly hair, BEWARE OF HER. Never going to buy a pair when she was around bc I did not want her to try to put her name on the sale. Next time going when she is not around.
We worked with Jada and she was extremely helpful and attentive. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
Great staff. Much more fun than the upstairs store.
Nice assorted selection at reasonable prices.
