Great store. Found a cute trenchcoat and some shoes I liked. I'll have to visit more often
I used to come into this store from time to time to browse but because of the outstanding customer service, I visit and buy from much more frequenlty. Five stars to Amanda @ the Bobbi Brown counter. She has outstanding customer service skills. Her follow up and follow thru skills are impressive. I have gone to other departments stores and they never have the Bobbi Brown products I need-nor do they offer to order and ship them. Amanda is always willing to go above and beyond. The other departments are also very helpful and polite. Von Maur is my new favorite store. Great merchandise and great customer service. Can't beat it!!!

I was quick to find exactly what I was looking for, my check out was quick and staff was very helpful, while remaining socially distanced.nI always have had a great experience this time actually was even better.
Love the selection. Great styles and friendly staff. They have an elevator which made getting our stroller between levels much easier.
