The Mitchell Slumberland was excellent. Very helpful. We had been at the Sioux Falls store and were ignored. So from our experiences Mitchell is the best, and will return there when we need anything else.
I stopped by the store in Mitchell, SD just to see if they had something I could use for one of our guest rooms. They had an item I was looking for as well as a color that would match perfectly. The service was professional, helpful and accommodating! Thanks for your help.
Kyle Purintun was our sales person and was the best. I have moved to a new home and he took the measurements I provided and only showed me pieces that would compliment my smaller home. He then took the time to help me find corresponding fabrics so I had a pleasing harmony of color. He explained how things worked and gVe me options that I wasn't aware of. Great guy, knowledgeable of his product and never rushed my choices.
Not pushy, just friendly and helpful. Only furniture store in town that honored their masks required sign on the door. Being diabetic and high risk, I appreciated the store taking customer safety seriously.
Exceptional customer service! Manager was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I will be a returning customer!
