DO NOT EVER GET ANYTHING CANVAS PRINTED FROM HERE OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER. They told me it would be ready by a certain time and I got a notification it was ready to pick up, I go to pick it up and they tell me they ran out of material but it should be ready the next day and may I say the lady didn’t seem like she cared at all and was rude. Show up the next day and they can’t find it and then tell me they would notify me it was ready and should be done the NEXT day. So I show up again for the 3rd time expecting it to be ready since it’s been 3 times I’ve gone and they tell me I HAVE TO TELL THEM IN ADVANCE when I get a photo canvas printed so they can have the material ready. I asked them when they thought theyd have the material and tell me they don’t know, so I told them to forget about it. As the consumer I expect to be told this information ahead of time or the day I showed up to pick it up the first time, not to make me come multiple times just to tell me its basically my fault it’s not ready. If you need a heads up on something tell the person instead of playing these stupid games and wasting everyone’s time!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Now I have to find another gift for Valentine’s Day. Truly ridiculous

Everytime I go to use these machines they are ALL broke down. Poor service from the employees!
