I needed some papers faxed. I couldn't get out because I covid. I called Office Depot to see if they could help me. They did with no question asked. I forgot to ask if there was a charge. I have to make it right if there was,. I want to thank the young and Lady that helped me. 12/9/2020
Great service! If you need help and ask, you’ll get help. In addition to that, they have a lot of products. For back to school shopping you can get high quality stuff here, for a not much more than low quality junk you’d find other places.
Clising
They have very poor customer service. Nobody bothers to offer to help, and when you ask someone they get upset or moody. Waited 35 minutes and even after asking several people for help, nobody would. Absolutely not recommending this place or going back to purchase anything. The surprised it hasn't shut down!!
The print/copy service is needlessly complicated. Otherwise, the store layout is excellent for finding whatever you're looking for. The associates are always knowledgeable and friendly.
