I used this company and it was terrible experience. I have actually filed a Police Report. I have missing jewelry, destroyed my new lawn by driving across it with the U-Haul truck, , threaten to keep my furniture if I didn't pay them before they completed the job, took my money and did not complete the job, very unprofessional. Movers were smoking weed while on the job and rambled thru my pack boxes.

I recently used this company and it didn’t meet my expectations. I wasn’t pleased because one of the workers were highly unprofessional. He had an attitude from the start of the work day. He complained the whole time and didn’t work as efficiently as I would expect. I moved from a two bedroom apartment to a storage unit. The time aloted for this move was two hours. I was expecting to go over maybe an hour, but not two and a half hours! Another thing I didn’t like was they didn’t come with the proper tools to disassemble my furniture.nnOn the other hand, when I voiced my concerns to management they were very reseptive.
VERY, VERY bad experience with this company. Not only did the movers try to hustle me for an extra hour (and after calling the owner found out it was only supposed to be charged in half hour increments) but they also broke two items (one which was a mirrored nightstand). Gave the movers a tip even though they did not deserve it based on the little hustle they pulled at the end but to add insult to injury, they never said thank you. When I confronted them about charging me for an extra hour, they went on about being paid $10 an hour which had NOTHING to do with me. I called the owner (Allen) to complain, got his voicemail and he NEVER returned my calls. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is not worth the headache. Cheap labor almost always equals bad service. It absolutely does in this case.
