My package been here for a week I’m so stressed out
Would've been 5 stars. They place was easy to find with plenty of room. The guards do take forever to check u in but oh well. They refused 11 of my boxes but oh well. Over all pretty good receiver
Love this place ,opens at 12 am for receiving and you can give the paperwork and go to sleep they will call you when your done.nNever took more then 3 h to unload me no matter how many pallets i had.nVery nice people
overall the place was just fine but the guard on duty has a lot to be desired. She was a ve r y rude person. I have not ever been there before and did not know the do's and don'ts. She rudely told me what door and the receiving office. She did not tell me to open door and back in or go to the receiver. A kind word and being a little bit courtesy would have been a lot. She needs to act and be more professional at her job, and not be there for the money.
For a business that has it's own big trucks, the entrance was very narrow. Hardly room for 2 trucks to pass in driveway. Then the rentacops put out cones & a stop sign in the middle of the road. And get a load of that scale. They want their lumper money b4 they unload you. Won't accept cash. Was there over 3 hrs. Then the rentacop stood in the way while I was trying to swing around his stop sign. Idiots.
