The experience with Amazon Stone left something to be desired. I ordered backsplash from them and they didn’t order it. When I finally figured out that they hadn’t ordered it I had them actually “order” it. It took forever to come in. I had started looking at other options in the event it didn’t come in and had my heart set on something else but I went ahead and picked up the order when it finally came in. I asked if it was returnable in the event I decided to go another route and was told yes, as long as the boxes have not been opened. However when I did try to return it I was told they don’t take returns. The backsplash is beautiful but now I have product that I won’t be using. Not sure I would use them again. They seem to struggle getting all on the same page.

Sometimes bigger is not always better. We purchased our countertops, cabinet painting and sink from this Company. We had to wait over 2 months for the counter to be cut which was not a problem but the measurements were not correct when they came out and our sales person Jackie was very sweet but needed more help with this order. They used a Contractor to paint the Cabinets and they were not on the same page with the Company as to what needed to be done, he had to come back multiple times to get the Cabinets correct. It is very painful to do a full kitchen but in the end the Company made it right. I cant say if I would use them again but I didn't have to fight over my money which was a plus.
