My husband and I needed to a get a new mattress set for our daughter. After look at other places in the vicinity we stopped at Mattress Firm. We were greeted by Michael Beck when we walked in. Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, as we had our kids, with us. He shared some of his personal experiences with the young ones in his family while helping us decide which mattress would suit our needs. Once we made our decisions, completing the transaction was quick and easy.nnWe both work in customer oriented fields, Michael's personal stories and the knowledge he provided made the experience enjoyable even with our tired & hungry kids.
Adina was the sales associate that helped me and she took her time with helping me select the perfect Mattress. Mike, the Manager, was also able to facilitate an exchange of products for me and was very helpful during the process. Please go and visit them, you won’t regret it!
