There is not ONE time that I visit where I don’t have to hunt someone down to help me. I needed to get blinds cut just to find machine down. I made it back out this evening. This being my second trip. I had to walk to customer service after several minutes of waiting in the blinds department. I was told that no one could help me at the moment because the only two that knew how to cut blinds were on break. Why would the only two that know how to cut blinds be on break at the same time?!?!? Who is making these schedules?!?! I was told they would be back in 45 minutes. Who wants to be in a store for an hour to finally be helped?!? Poor customer service!! If customers were truly appreciated they would not have to hunt down someone to help them nor have to spend so much time waiting.

I had a great experience here today. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Better prices and service than Home Depot. I will gladly drive pass the two Home Depots in my area to visit this Lowes from now on.

I'm a big fan of Lowe's in general but for some reason my last visit no one stopped and asked me if I needed any help I'm new to the Atlanta area so maybe this is standard practice here I don't used to seeing over the top customer service. I want to be asked if I need some help, not avoid me. I shouldn't have to walk through the whole store?? Get some greeters at the door, like at Walmart.. well thanks for listening...
