I want to thank Chris and Sasha for all the help with upgrading my girlfriend’s and my phone! This is a long review, but it’s what happened to us and how Chris and Sasha saved the day.nnThree months ago, a store in Miami messed up on our phone upgrades and it caused problems with our family accounts. This lasted for 3 months and we even talked to 8 customer service agents/employees (each for an hour or more at a time). We had receipts of the incident, but no store, mobile expert, or customer service agent offered to help. Nor did they recall any of the hour + long convos we had to resolve the account issues. Our families were being charged for no reasons. We were ready to jump to another service with our families.nnIn January, we found a new local T-Mobile near where we moved. Chris and Sasha at this location were the only mobile experts to actually resolve the issue and help upgrade our phones! They saved us from fees that we didn’t have to pay, debated with customer service on our behalf, notated our accounts, and delivered excellent customer service. Both employees helped us an hour past closing! They are the only reason is and our families are still with T-Mobile.nnWe thank them both for taking their time to help us!nnP.S. this location has awesome music and the staff is very efficient and friendly.

I checked my most recent bill to find that, I was being charge for Insurance, that I explicitly declined on my visit. This is the second time, this location has done that when i upgraded a phone. I would suggest you take your business to another location instead.

Another satisfied customer. I had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday. I was there to upgrade my phone. I was assisted by Amate, a very personable, knowledgeable and nice young man. He kept me continuously engaged in the process, explaining everything about the phone and the plan differences. He even applied the screen protector and fitted the case. The ENTIRE process was pleasant. I usually dread upgrading my phone because of how much time it can take. The way Amate assisted me was done efficiently and felt very easy. He is definitely an asset to company and I hope they realize that.

I went in because I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 11. As soon as I saw Monica I knew she had to be a manager or something.. She was walking around making sure everyone was greeted and helped; even the associates, you can tell she’s a team player. I heard several associates ask if they had a particular item and she knew right of the top of her head if it was in stock. She’s about her business and I like that. I’m also in retail and you never know whose watching you. I say that to say I watched her the whole time and she had no clue (not being creepy). I think she’s awesome and if she’s not a manager she’s well on her way to become one.nnP.SnI have never been in/out a sprint store so fast I’m my life. The tech for that store is AMAZING!

I HAD A INSURANCE CLAIM I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THIS STORE FOR REPLACEMENT, WHEN I GOT THERE I TOLD THE MANAGER WHAT I WAS THERE FOR, THEN SOMEONE BEHIND THE COUNTER ASKED WHY I WAS THERE AND I TOLD THEM THE SAME, THEY WOULD NOT HELP ME THEY SAID THEY DONT REPLACE PHONES, I WAS TREATED VERY RUDELY, I HAVE THREE IPHONES I HAD 2 ACCOUNTS WITH SPRINT, I PAID OFF TWO AND LEFT AND WENT TO VISIBLE WHICH I LOVE, I AM PAYING OFF THIS PHONE AND LEAVING SPRINT I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2010, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATTION BUT THEY DID NOT I WILL NEVER WALK BACK IN THAT STORE AGAIN
