I placed an order that was to be ready by 7:27 p.m. The store closed and did not notify me that the order was still processing. I attempted to get assistance through the help line. Two service agents and no resolution.

Been using this location a bit in the past few months, lack of service everytime I visit. Long line at print center, and associates walking around not helping with the long lines. Print center associates take a very long time to help customers. Please get more employees at location. Average time to print anything is 45 mins.

This store is not properly staffed. I made a print order online, received a text it was ready, and headed to the store about two hours later. I arrive and park in the curbside pickup, follow the instructions, and nothing I’m just sitting there waiting. I call the store and am asked what my order is, not a name or order number, was placed on hold and the guy never returned. This is very unprofessional. I had to go in the store only to find my order sitting on the counter and retrieve my own order. Business shouldn’t offer services you they aren’t able to properly provide. All of this could have been avoided by saying curbside isn’t available today. Very unprofessional and I won’t be back to this location!

Horrible customer service. I called 5 times and every time they picked up the phone and set it down !! They didn’t even try to mute the phone nor say hold on. Just sad.

As a second and third grade special education teacher, I was devastated that I could not celebrate the End of the School Year with my students due to the national pandemic. I came up with this bright idea to create a yearbook for my students with their pictures throughout this school year to have as a keepsake but I didn't know where to start.nnOn May 18th, I brought my pictures and vision to the Office Depot in Fayetteville, GA where I met your outstanding employee, Colton. I described to Colton what and how I wanted my yearbook to look, and Colton explained the different options your company offer on how to create a yearbook. Two days later, I picked up the best yearbook ever!! Colton went above and beyond for my students and I!!! Please give Colton a bonus, recognition, or a raise because he did a wonderful job!!! My students had the biggest smile on their face when I gave them their yearbook. THANK YOU COLTON!!
