Much better service and great location. Brian is awesome!
The staff provided outstanding service during my visit. Although they were really buys an the repair time extended an hour beyond closing, the staff (Shane, Kim, Jasmine, & Jessica) would not allow me to leave without solving the problem. I sincerely appreciate their time, patience, and assistance.
EXTREMELY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICEnnThey don't even deserve a 1 star ud83dudc4eI came in on Sat, 2/13 @ 6:30pm. The store wasn't packed at all. I was not checked in until 5mins to closing. Insanely ridiculous wait time & I left, never received any assistance. I hate Sprint & now that they've merged with Tmobile it's even worse. I thinks it's passed time to leave & switch to another carrier with better phone & customer service.....nSTAY AWAY!
The worst customer service experience ever. Workers was standing around and wasn’t trying to help. I made an appointment but there was no point because I had to wait over an hour and they were putting walk ins appointment ahead of me. Dissapointing.
I would like to thank Brian a high compliment on his customer service. He was very polite and patient and took care of my needs for my cell phone. He is very pleasant and patient. I really appreciate his customer service.
