They never have games you preorder in stock on the day they release, and make excuses that it comes from Texas and is delayed when everyone knows that a competent manager would have the games in stock THE DAY OF RELEASE!! If it takes time for the games to get here. ORDER THEM FLIPPING BEFOREHAND SO THEY ARENT LATE ON RELEASE DAY!!! ITS NOT HARD!!
Walked into there today there game selection is next to nothing, tried to get a few games but apprently they don't have it in stock, tried to charge me full price for the 2 games I did get but its over $10 cheaper on there weekly ad when I question them apprently there computer hasn't updated yet.. ( its the last day of the weekly ad prices )
After waiting in a long line, for a while, to purchase 2 games and only to be told that the 2 games on display that I wanted to purchase were out of stock!! Why would any business display a case if they ran out of that game?!
Great customer service, Amber was amazing!
This store doesn't ever answer the phone. Sorry customer service constantly
