I went into the store looking to activate a phone i bought online. Ms. Bee was so very knowledgeable and patient with working on the phone. She showed me that the phone was locked from getting internet service. I decided to purchase a Samsung a51 with the cellhelmet. Ms. Bee made sure to setup everything from my old phone. Ms. Bee has a beautiful work ethic and very dedicated to helping her customers. In my humble opinion she truly deserves a pay raise with employe recognition. It's not very often to find a person that enjoys there job. She's a wonderful asset to metro by tmobile.
Great customer service. I went to start a new service on a phone I already have and I was comfortable through and through. They're super nice there.
