They were out of most things it wanted to order. I did settled in the new teriyaki chicken bowl which was good. I will say for $ 30 for people for lunch I could have gone to a casual dining establishment and had a better meal.

Thank you' to you Keith(manager), for your awesome customer service. From where we are there is no adjustment button to correct an order like add more brown rice..but when we call you are always so helpful and understanding, and when the food arrives its always FRESH & Delicious!!! Today I did not order my special lunch and so wish I did, so Thank YOU for making my experience with Panera Bread an awesome one and trust it will remain so and or better.

I really like the food and staff but this past Friday, I wasn't told that they were out of bread for my soup til I was at the window to pay it. They ALL need to wear masks on the face not under the chin and WEAR gloves!!!! I don't know when I'll be back. I would have given a higher rating last week

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's fair. The customer service needs a bit of help. Curbside associates are really nice but placing an order through the drive thru can go good or bad. They rush you and cut you off while ordering. They don't ask if you're a member and if you forget they quickly tell you to tell the person at the window who's rushing to give you your order so you forget to give it to them to. Don't ask for extra dressing because that seems to be forbidden even though you get a salad the size of Texas. Again, it's hot or miss.

My visit today was not so good. I ordered the new flatbread pizza.. Not at all impressed. It was very bland. Ordered the Greek chicken salad. Had to return to get the chicken put on the salad. 2x this has happened. Not my normal experience.
