This has to be one of the WORST PLACES to order anything at. I ordered a number cake online for my husbands birthday it was priced at $37, not a problem. However when I went to pick the cake up (with my five children) it was the size of my hand VERY TINY, I ask if they could please remake the cookie or refund me because it was advertised as being bigger. The OWNER MS. Carola told me she WILL NOT remake me a cookie because that’s what I ordered, and that I would have to take it up with Corporate. She never informed me that she was the owner I waited in the store for about an hour and a half only to find out from one of her customers that she owned the place. She was so RUDE, and NASTY towards my family, I had never been treated like that. My advice would be to take that extra trip somewhere else and avoid this place.

My Daughter ordered a number 31 Cookie Cake for my Son in Law’s birthday, and when arrived to pick the cookie up it was very small, she spoke with the owner and expressed that it was really small numbers for the price which was 37.00. The owner got very rude to her and said there’s nothing she’s going to do and she couldn’t receive a refund or get another cookie. I called the store myself and told her who I was she got very nasty with me, so I ask her if my daughter was white would you have helped her. She actually hung up on me.

This store is so wonderful! The customer service is great and the food is yummy! I was in the store when the previous customer was complaining. The owner was NEVER rude or nasty. She was professional the entire time, even when the customer was demanding a free cookie cake because she did not pay attention to the size when she ordered it; even when her children were running all through the store screaming. The owner calmly explained that they could not just give away free cookie cakes when a customer ordered the wrong thing. She even gave her a free quart of ice cream to try to calm her down. Shame on her for acting the way she did and then writing a review that was filled with falsehoods.

Exceptional service. Mrs. carol is incredibly generous and caring. Her support staff are very respectful, responsive and polite. The facility is spotless! I highly recommend these wonderful people. Oh, and the cookies are yummy and the designs are always adorable!

The owners and staff are wonderful! They are very friendly and accommodating. Their cookie and ice cream are delicious! This is the BEST place to go for a decorated cookie cake. I’ve ordered several and have been impressed with each one.
