The customer service, the ice cream, and the cookies are always Excellent at this location. I love the fact that place is always spotless with an inviting smell. Cleanliness is so important during in the wake of Covid. My go to ice cream spot!

They don’t sell what they show on these pictures I only came for what I saw on the pictures and the shake I purchased was runny it wasn’t that good I won’t be going back

The ice cream is good but it melts fast. My most recent visit wasn’t the best. I tried to redeem my birthday reward and it wasn’t working, I even called ahead to make sure I was able to use it. The reward isn’t set to expire until tomorrow and today was the only chance I’ve had to go. The employee said she couldn’t find me in the system and took down my information. I lowkey think the girl thought I was trying to cheat them out of ice cream it made me kind of uncomfortable. Apparently it didn’t work because my total wasn’t $5 before tax (it was $4.99 pre tax $5.??after) before trying to use the $5 coupon, so she made me also buy a cookie. I never saw anywhere where it says your pretax total must be $5+ to use said coupon. I still don’t think buying the cookie fixed the issue she just gave me the $5 off because she didn’t know what to do.

The line can get long but so worth the wait for my deliciously rolled ice cream blended with my favorite toppings! I love the coffee ice cream with mini chocolate chips. This location is also a 2fer including a Great American Cookie Company-- yum, cookies from heaven!!

Great place but behind the times with regards to purchasing items. Need an App for payment. Like the world famous Chick-fil-A!!:)
