Great staff. Very helpful, especially when letting me know about a special they were running on bags of ground coffee. I appreciate that a lot!

This location can sometimes be a little tough to get into. Small parking lot and large lines. Great service this morning, even got a little whipped topping treat for the pup! The Stuffed Everything Mini Bagel Bites were okay - they are small, more like donut hole size than bagel size. The black coffee with a pumpkin donut is a must! Service was great and the line moved at a steady pace. We helped it move along by placing our order 9n the app. Why 4 out of 5 stars? During meal times, traffic at this location is a beast. Stretching out onto the main road, and blocking DD parking lot so that even if you wanted to park and go in, good luck!

I would give a 1 star but Ms. B is awesome!! I've been patronizing this establishment at least 3-4 times weekly, for over a year. As of lately, I'm VERY disappointed with their service. I've only frequented this location because of Ms. B. She's always very personable, efficient, and willing to correct any issues with my order. On Friday, whomever the manager is, was totally out of line!! She's made sly remarks previously (and I've never addressed it, as I should have) about how I like my food done, that I’m PAYING for. Today was the ultimate disrespect!! I ordered my USUAL order, which she initially burned, and when she remade it my hash browns were still burned. I asked why is it only 1 or 2 people can make my food the was it should be made and she had the audacity to tell me she didn't make my food to my liking (I'm very particular and picky about my food as they ALL know) because she had to cook food for her drive thru customers, as if I am not a PAYING customer and haven't spent as much money as I have/do, as is!! I guess her drive thru clients are more important. Not only did she disregard my complaint but continued on as if my food was done properly. Going forward if ever I do revisit, I will only patronize this location if she is not present. Horrible managerial skills are an understatement!!!

I've been going here multiple times a week. Large iced coffee, french vanilla, extra cream, & 12 sugars. I like them but don't understand how they get my order wrong most of the time. I've had a few of the employees question my order because of the amount of sugar. Don't judge me...I like what I like! Lol. Then usually when I get my coffee it's bitter & I hate bitter coffee. Ewww. But most of the time the employees are really sweet & they usually don't have any problem with correcting my order. If they can start getting it right consistently I'd definitely rate them 5 stars!
