Johnson Bedding & Storage

When Mr. Johnson was still there, we never had any issues. But this place has gone downhill since he passed away.nnMr. Steve was a sweet man, and was willing to work with us during the pandemic when we ran into financial issues in result of the pandemic. We kept in contact with him, and paid on our storage building as we could.nnOne day we called, and paid a little bit on our storage, and we informed him of the next day we would be able to pay again. He assured us that would be fine.nnThat day came and we called. Someone else was there, and they acted as if they didn't even know who Mr. Steve was. According to this person, our storage buildings had already been auctioned off!! They claimed to have tried calling the numbers they had for us. That was a lie. We never received a call. My husband even checked with his boss to see if they had called, and there was no record of them calling.nnThank God I managed to get a good bit of family heirlooms from storage. But there were a few things in there that just makes me sick to my stomach. My keepsakes I got from my daddy (including a toolbox of knives) are now gone. Some keepsakes from my favorite uncle. Gone. Some of my children's baby clothing I had planned on getting a quilt made out of. Gone. Thousands of dollars of my husband's military equipment. Gone. He now has to pay out of his own pocket to replace once he retires.nnWe are some to blame, yes. However, this pandemic threw us into a loop and Johnsons Bedding failed at communication. I'm not sure what happened with Mr. Steve; I don't even know if he works there anymore. One thing I do know though, this would have never happened if Mr. Johnson was still there. We've had an account with them since 2014, I believe. Maybe even longer.nnI would not recommend doing business with them anymore.
